I was thinking of getting another budgie to hand tame and i know that you have to interact with them every day, i spend alot of my time on my computer and i was wondering if keeping him/her in the cage next to the computer would have any affect on them?

:fear No, keeping them next to the computer will not harm them, I rotate my different species of birds on my shoulder when I am on the computer as they enjoy it. But, correct me if I am wrong, don't you already have enough budgies to take care of? I recall you had problems with your breeding and maybe should just settle with the birds you currently have.
