YES. If you have an "english" or show type budgie and it breeds with a pet type budgie you would have what you are asking about :)

Yep I believe my Merlin is 1/2 and 1/2 not a full blooded "english" aka show budgie.

Hmmmm thanks for the picture refrence..all english or show budgies seem to have that "angry eyebrow" and my boy is missing that. I think he may just be a big bird, as soon as i get a picture where hes not all streached out il post.
