Carrots And Greens

:ausb: :(Laughing out loud): No problem there, at all. Half of my flock LOVE their greens/vegetables and fortunately the ailing Jodies is one of them. One question, how do you have all of them together like that and they don't breed or lay eggs? :D

I have five aviaries and this is one of the main ones. There is an occasional egg on the ground, but I assume from young silly hens who dont know any better...its rare. Budgies do bonk each other, but thats it. No nesting boxes in the aviaries.

Great video and pics Kaz.Wonderful to see such healthy birds. My daughters budgie still won'ttouch his greens after trying for a year now.

Naughty, cheeky budgie he is.All the rest do,even the aviary budgies, guess we will just keep trying. (Laughing out loud)

hahah thats great! I was so pleased to have just four birds at the greens at once!I will persist!

Yay for vegies! Cosmo went nuts in his cage when he heard the video! (I think he misses the other budgies.. :oliveb: ). Cute video!

:D Very happy today as some of mine are eating fresh pear - they have been eating fresh corn for a couple of weeks and go mad for it - I skewer disks of it on a bamboo chopstick and put it on the roof of their cage.

:)
