Posted April 3, 200718 yr Hi! I am new and just wanted to introduce my flock. I have Shamrock, a normal green, Charley, recessive pied, and Komet, normal sky blue. All are a year old or older. Shamrock is the oldest and is almost 2 years old. Hope you like them. Komet Shamrock Charley

April 4, 200718 yr They are gorgeous I would Komet may be a cobalt I am not sure if anyone else will agree he seems a little dark for a skyblue he reminds me of Merlin in my siggy. Charley reminds me of my late Pretty .
April 4, 200718 yr Welcome to the forum Shamrock! (LOVE the name!) I used to have a beautiful female named Star who looked exactly like Shamrock. She was a rescue budgie and I had to put her back into rescue because of problems with the other budgies but she is just doing great. I am sure you will enjoy all the topics and learn a lot! :ygbudgie:
April 4, 200718 yr Author Elly: I would have to agree that Komet does look like your Merlin. Thanks I could never figure out if he was cobalt, mauve, or sky blue. When he was younger he was a lighter blue.
April 4, 200718 yr he may be carrying the violet gene too who knows because I see the tinge up by his neck. My Merlin is actually a violet . Simply gorgeous they are and again welcome.
