Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to deal with the poop that is getting caked on the "knees" of the baby budgies. I've been checking their beaks and they seem okay. The feet are pretty good too. It's just the legs. Is this something I even need to worry about? I think it would be stressful on them if I tried to remove it, and if it wo't do any harm I'll leave it.

 

Thoughts or suggestions anyone?

remove it by soaking a warm cloth and dampen the poo till soft then remove a bit at a time be carefull as legs can break and claws pulled off but it has to be removed

I hate it when it gets stuck to the ring. It can really build up.
