Posted March 4, 200718 yr The budgies tuckered down to a nice wholesome meal of mashed vegies yesterday! They are such messy eaters MMM tasty! Sparkie comes up for air Sunny's stepping in All in heads down bums up! Bobby cleans his sticky beak You would think you have never seen a budgie with vegies all over his beak before I also filled a container with water and Sherbie and Sunny felt they needed a bit of a wash! I just realised I didn't get any still pics of Sunny - but trust me, he had a blast!! I did get a video of them enjoying the bath but I can't figure out how to get it off the video camera and onto the computer

What exactly was in the mash?I have potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot and frozen mixed vegies, all blended together, then I freeze them in an ice cube tray and pop out 2 and defrost, and serve with a sprinkle of seed and a garnish of snowpea!!
