Does anybody know if you can bring birds into condition for breeding?

I was told that if you put them into a breeding cage this will bring it on.......not quite sure about that one.

Any Ideas.

Paired with the right boy, I have had hens come into breeding condition within 1-2 weeks when housed together with a nesting box in sight. Putting it simply, their eyes light up, nudge, nudge, wink, wink :D

mine take approx 3 to 4 weeks to come into condition

i start by extending the light hours by 20 min every three days add a little bit of heat and give them a fine spray of water every other day

I also start them on Probics and Sparks with a vitamin suppliment this livens them up. Even old Ash filled some eggs. :D
