Hi...everyone is different, but I wouldn't

pay any more than $100 a pair

if your starting off no more than £50 for the pair if you are looking to improve a feature then thats up to your personel finances

Too many people buy expensive birds and are not happy with the outcome. Lose interest and leave the fancy. As novices you need to start low and work up.
