I am a bit worried about JJ's size.He seems smaller then the rest of the babies I have had.I have had to handrear him since aprox. a week old.He does have some feathers missing from Sonrisa and Pie chewing on his feathers.Anyway I was wondering if there is anything I can supplement him to build him up a bit.

His wings also seem a little on the skinny side when I hold them out.He is on wombaroo handrearing formula at the moment.

Any suggestions?

He otherwise seems healthy and is full of energy and life.Gulps down the formula when its feed time and follows Pie everywhere,even up to the highest perch he can get to.

How old is he now?? He does look pretty small, especially if he's about the same age as Pie...

Hi Bea,JJ hatched on the 18th of January and Pie hatched in the first week,I"m not sure what date but there is two approx weeks between them and they are from different parents.

Compared to Tweety and Poppy,from JJ's pparents first clutch he seems small thats all.I could be imaging it and because I handle him more then the others maybe I see more about him.Thanks for the reply though.
