Second picture her name is tolula

Tolula looks like a recessive pied. If she has no iris rings then she is for sure. She seems to have a very severe feather problem which accounts for not flying.

 

 

I have never seen a feather problem quite like hers. Has it ever been diagnosed ?

Hi

 

We took her to vet before we took her home after we purchased her from pet store he could only put it down to crowed nest but was healthy.

 

Never taken her to a avian as closes one is sydney as far as i know that 3 hours and i don't drive she around 5 or 6 now and never had any problems besides the feathers.

I agree with Bubbles and she is a recessive pied. It's great that you took her on from the pet store many others would simply leave her there wanting only the best looking on in the cage.
