January 21, 200718 yr Hi Vanny, and congrats on your new budgie! It's difficult to say for sure, but I think it might be a boy, because the cere appears to be rather smooth.
January 21, 200718 yr she is a female out of breeding condition. Hens can have a white cere with a tinge of blue if it was a male it would be a very bright and deep blue like in Karen's green bird in her signature above this post. Welcome :budgiedance:

January 22, 200718 yr Hi Vanny and welcome to the forums! You definitely have a hen budgie. Is your vet an avian one? I'm a little surprised you were told T was a "he". She is a real cutie, and I'm sure you will love having her around.
