Posted December 24, 200618 yr About two months ago I got two male budgies at a bird fair. The woman said she thought they were both males, but I don't think she really knew. So I'm just curious as to what gender and mutation they really are. What do yall think? Oh, and their names are George and Ringo. George Ringo

December 25, 200618 yr Thanks so much, this seems like a really great forum. I was kind of hoping they were males but its okay, now I have a total of 5 girls. I guess I will have to change their names, (Laughing out loud). I'll probably keep Ringos name but will change George's. I was think maybe Lilac, im not sure.

December 26, 200618 yr I smiled when I saw your 'boys'... They are definitely girls - you can tell this because although their ceres are blueish - they have a distinct white ring around their nostrils. They are gorgeous budgies - congratulations!! You will love this site - the people on it are so down to earth and helpful... Regards Andrea
