Was wondering if any of you experienced guys can tell what sex Tweety and Poppy are yet.

Poppy bites us when we put our hands near it and tweety is quiet and doesn't bite at all.Here

are some photos I took today after they had run around,had a cuddle and a sleep,they decided to clean themselves.

I think its incredible how quickly they have grown.

Going to be very hard to give these guys up.

Blue is a girl and the yellow is a boy. I am no expert but I remember reading a post here that said females had bumpy ceres and boys had a smooth surfaced cere. Here's hoping I'm right! They are very cute.

They both look like boys to me too. Shell when they are young both have smooth looking ceres it's the colour you want to look at. A strong pink means boy a mix of pink blue white or purple will mean girl. When they are older the bumpy/crusty look are for females.

 

But I seem to remember that Tweety was a surpise colouring.... can you remind me what the parents look like?

totally agree 2 boys those ceres are very pink and smooth

the bitting is probably just a personality trait one is more brave to let you know how he feels vs the other one being a bit shyer.

Hi guys,thanks for your replies.Tweety use to bite us but has now stopped and will sit in your hand if you quietly talk to him and he loves

scratchies.Poppy was quiet but now does the biting which stops after awhile.Their parents are mossey and Fluro.Dad is a normal green and Mum is a lutino.
