:feedbirds: :ausb: Some of my birds were being difficult to photo today, so their are a couple that didn't get in on the publicity! :bluebudgie: The missing members are: Jupiter a sky blue dominant pied, opaline, clearwing cock, and his mate Terra, a sky blue YF.

 

This is Sherby, a green/yellow recessive pied opaline hen.

 

This is Sherby's mate, Shadow a violet opaline cock. His color just doesn't come out right in pics.

 

This is Jasper and Venus, a golden faced male and his mate is a violet normal hen. They were being stuck up and would only show me their backs!!

 

The next two pics are Bilbo, my new chubby baby tiel who was more than happy to pose.

Thanks for all the responses and nice comments! I do love them so.I have put Shadow and Sherby's cage next to hubbby's chair. Sherby has taken a liking to him and sits on the side of the cage that is close to him. She seems to be flirting with him. He is definatly won over!

 

Bilbo spent 45 minutes this morning "talking" to me in a very conversational way. He didn't make a loud calling sound but "spoke" in quiet tones and waited. looking at me till I said or whistled somthing. We talked back and forth like this for 45 minutes!!!! I am sure he did a very quiet wolf whistle, as if he were just trying it out. One of my kids did that when he was about a year old. He would whisper words until he felt like he had them just right and then speak them in normal tones.

 

Oh, he also came right over to the side of the cage where I was sitting to see me as soon as I sat down. I am so much in love with this baby. He is a perfect chubby hobbit.
