Thank you Karen. It is a good picture to show how dark his cheek spots are and his throat spots are awesome I love them. They are just perfect and evenly spaced apart (for me (Laughing out loud)), in fact they disappear all the time then they reappear odd huh. Good picture to display the violet coloration.

Awww Lovey, give Pretty a little millet, he ate some of his veggies! Great pictures.

Pheobe he is stinky and hyper like Comet you think he deserves it? He got some but I couldn't take the picture because they need to be on separate hands or they will fight over the millet. So I couldn't take the picture.

Very cute pictures. I would have thought that Merlin would have been a bit bigger than Pretty.

You would think but I was reading Hath's response in the violet mutation and he said that violets tend to be slighter birds in the show world which would make sense. That is their downfall as the lutinos are bigger birds.

 

Also another member suggested that he may only be 1/2 English which I am not disregarding she may be right because he is not as poofy as a full English.

what a budgie will do for millet is unbelieveable.

 

whenever I can't get my baby back in the cage, out comes the millet and in goes the baby budgie.. it is amazingly effective.

 

sometimes I think she purposely makes me chase her around the house just so she gets millet

I know it is amazing no other food like it and can you believe some of the budgies on this forum won't touch it!
