Can anyone please suggest what food supplements one should give to the parents of newly hatched chicks?

Hi comborna and welcome to the forum.

 

I give my Breeding pairs a mixture of soaked hulled oats mixed with grated carrot, budgie crumble and Protein in the form of Budgie Starter.

 

When the youngest gets to 14 days old I also introduce fresh vegitables as in Corn, carrot, celery, sprouted mung beans and snow pea sprouts.
