My New Budgie Taz

:D But he is very pretty, so glad your birds are well taken care of. :P

His cheek patches look grey to me. What colour is his tail feathers ? If blue he is an olive. If black he is a grey green. :P

it looks really dark blue and really light black im not sure

If the tail is a dark blue then he is an olive normal like Lovey said. Our pc monitors don't always show colours well so we have to ask the questions.

Cheers karen :ausb:

The first picture the cheek spots looks blue purple but now they look grey.

(Last picture)

If his cheek spots are blue grey he is a grey green

If his cheek spots are purple blue he is an olive

(so you let us know :P).

I agree your with the violet mutation for the blue boy.

The top (first picture) if the wings are brown she is a cinnamon.

I think your new one is a grey-green. In the large picture of is back the base of the tail (where it starts) looks black in the picture if he was olive it would be a normal dark blue.

yes taz is a grey green but he is also a cinnamon wing grey green, his flight feathers have a cinnamon colouring.
