Baby Budgies

These are my first baby budgies from my favorite pair. The father is a natural looking green budgie and mum is a lutino.I have noticed that one baby has black eyes and one has red looking eyes. Can you tell from this early what colour the eyes are going to be?flurobaby.jpg:)

the one with red eyes could be a lutino too

the black eyed one not sure yet

It is very possible this one is an Ino. Males can carry the gene, while hen will always show it if they get the gene.

well I said I would keep you updated and the verdict looks like my first baby will be some kind

of lutino. It's eyes have opened and they are definately red. This is my first baby and I am totally in love with these creatures.Yellow feathers are coming through and every day it seems to grow and grow woth an astounishing rate. Its sibling has darker feathers coming through and still can't hold its head up but is not far off it.It is confirmed I am now an addict of budgies and I love watching this couple taking turns to look after and feed the babies and themselves.e.jpgf.jpg
