Welcome :)

Quee (which by the way love the name) I would say is a Yellowface Type 2 Greywing sky blue.

Albe, again love the name, what color is his tail? Does he have a black/blue tail? From the picture he looks like an Olive because he is has blue cheek patches. Grey greens will have silver/grey cheek patches and a black tail.

All your birds are beautiful, and again welcome.

Albe's tail is just plain black. I do not really know what the type 2 thing is but yes the rest i understand. I have only had them a couple of days, they seem to be settling down quite nicely.

Yellowface 1 means that the yellow is only restricted to the face area

Yellowface 2 means that the yellow is on the face and bleeds into the chest area and can also be seen on the wings and tail area.

As for the him only having a black tail I would let someone with more expertise on the boards such as Nerwen, Rainbow, Hurdy have a look and they can tell you better.

With just a black tail that would denote more of a grey green vs an olive.

Oh here is a link explaining Yellowface better with pics http://www.geocities.com/budgie-place/p_co...html#yellowface

thanks! I think that you are right. and yes it takes me a while to figure out names but i always seem to choose the right one, the albino is technically my brothers bird but i take care of it so he named it flashy.

After I researched a little bit i was thinking about breeding flashy and quee or albe ( short for Albatross) but flashy will ingnore quee and go strait to albe to beat him up.

I would read more in the breeding section about pairing them up. If you plan to breed research alot there is so much to know. Do know that if you put 2 together and take out the other one you will most likely not see the fighting as now the focus is on the pair and not competition of who gets whom.

There is closed breeding and colony breeding. Do your research, ask questions here on the boards we have several breeders here that post daily that you can learn from.

My brother has had flashy for a year already and i have just recentaly got albe and quee, i got quee only two days ago, and have put flashy and albe together before that but all she did was start literally ripping at his wings! :yelling: :yelling:
