Introducing Jingles

this past Friday l went to a few different stores looking at budgies , none of the budgies l saw really peaked my interest so l thought that l would try again in a few weeks but my family decided to stop by this one place and l remember their being a nice mom and pop bird store near by so l decided to go in , l went to the budgie area and lo and behold this little gem caught my eye and it seemed that it picked me :(

she/he is very young , on her beak there is a small strip of black , might be a she because the cere is a light pink with white rings but sometimes it looks like a boy to me so l'm still not quite sure . she is also very tamed ( even tho she isn't hand tamed) she isn't afraid of my hand and she will sit on my finger and doesn't bite (that makes me wonder if she is a boy since alot of females are nippers :) )

l decided to name her/he Jingles ( actually my sister and her daughter named her Jingles , l liked it so l kept it )

here are pictures of her , l used a flash so it's not her actual color and the white around her nostrils are washed out , so l'll try to get some natural shots of her tomorrow .

l believe that she is a Yellow face type II opaline , at first l thought she was a YF type I but after closer inspection l noticed she had yellow on her body .

:D Lovely bird, I was in PetSmart today, and drooling at all the pretty little budgies that were in there.
