they are looking good and super cute

very cute, they look alot like my 4 except in color, yours all have more black on the beak/cere than mine do.

your #1 looks like a violet yellowface to me.

your #2 looks like a normal sky blue greywing to me.

I think the last two will look like #2

am I seeing things or are they really yellowface?

thats kind of funny because my #1 is a normal blue yellowface and the my #'s 2, 3 and 4 all look the same. :P

No your not seeing things #2 & #3 are both yellow faces. Here is a picture of the parents for clues as to mutations!

Thanks Kirby,

I Love Yellow faces too and don't know if I will part with them yet or keep for breeding I am hoping baby 3 will have some dark factor. Fingers crossed! My 5 year old has already claimed one for "his very own pet"

Cheers

Thanks guys I think they are pretty great too. But then I am pretty Bias.

I agree with Kirby B)

They look great I'll be watching closly to see how the last one turns out, we have a topic at the moment about the genetics of birds like your males :hap: Weather the spot means they are split for recessive or is sex-linked.

I agree with Kirby

Thank Nerwen,

I have been following that topic, I am trying very hard to understand all the genetics and have some understanding but still get a little confused at times. Hence I tend to follow silently until I have more confidience I guess. I find this site very helpful though.

Cheers
