okay now that i have new batteries i was able to get better pics of milo,

Opaline Type 1 Yellowface mauve unless his cheek patches are grey then he is a grey.

 

the second pics looks like there may be yellow bleeding into the neck area and if that is correct he would be a Yellow Face 2 and not a 1

its just starting to bleed together, after every molt he turnd a different colour

I think it is a YF2. probably a mauve.. he seems to be too 'blue' to be a grey. :wub: my other initial reaction is that he's a badly marked opaline.. not much opaline marking there, but enough to make me think that it's an opaline.

Do you a closer picture of his back?!?

does this help? what you dont see is the wings are outlined in yellow, i cssnt seem to get a proper picture of it

okay, definitely opaline. :)

 

Yellow edging to the wings just simply means that he's a Yellowface 2. :) Yellowface 1 will have white wing edging. :(
