sorry your picture was over the limit set by this board of 450 x 450. I have edited this post to change it to a link. Please resize it if you wish to show it on here. Thank you.

The cere looks white all over which is a sign of a hen, it should start to change to a brown now.

Hi!

Is it possible to tell the sex of a lutino bird? It has a pinkish cere but in some other lighting it may seem blueish.

The bird is gentle and shy. Doesn't chirp as much as its partner. Doesn't bite if handled. I come from Latvia, and I am really enjoying your site! :)

Hiya,

I would think it's a cock bird (can look like a blue tinge when viewed in some light conditions) as hens still have light brown to choclate ceres in lution form and do tend to bite when handeled. But if it's a very young bird it could stil be a hen but I would think this to be unlikely. Post a picture to confirm and the birds age approx?
