you should not clip their wings until they at least fledge and learn to fly first.

Then a trained person who knows how to clip can either assist you in learning how or just take them to an avian vet for the clip. An incorrect clip can kill a bird if you hit a blood feather, keep it off balance an many other issues. So it is best if someone who has experience does it, it is worth the small charge of a correct clip.

This was the advice I was given.

they know how to fly!!! they fly perrfectly... But they hit the walls they seem to be affraid of humans even though i played with them alot and they were fine after two days i didn't play with them so i don't want them to get hurt when they hit the wall thats why i askd if it was okey if i clipped their wings~`

I agree. I would not clip a very young budgies wings before they learn to fly. I probably wouldnt clip any birds wings, but if you have to, please wait till they have learnt to fly first.

yes that would make them about 7 weeks. My Merlin was clipped when I got him at 8 weeks so as long as they can fly. They probably fly into things because they are brand new at it and you should have them in a smaller space until they learn how to use their brand new skills. Just like a baby learning to walk.

Anyways if you do then have someone who knows how to clip assist you if you have never done it which it sounds like you haven't since you are asking where to clip. Pet shops some do, vets or someone who is experienced with birds that you know.

yeah i'm about to take my budgies to a pet store to get them clipped but it won't be a problem correct so as long as they can fly it's okey to clip their wings????

thanks
