it's very possible

but she doesnt show a lot of intrest to the nest box she goes on top of it and looks in it and the males bobs his head when shes lookin in it.

The fact that she is checking it out means she is getting interested in breeding.

so if they have mated and if she does have eggs will she have them in there?

I can't say 100% yes. My first time with breeding Freckle laid a few eggs out of the box, The one I found not fully borken I put in the box hoping for her to get the idea and she did.
