I'm just wondering how do budgies get these pretty dots?

its a fault its called flecking and is usually past down from parent to chick opalines are the main culprit to start this off

Aww I love those little black spots!! I'd petition for a new budgie mutation...we could call them Polkas or Budgmations! Haha
