Not sure if it is in the right place put i thought i would wright a bit about Petey. For the first week and a half I tried to get him to take a bath, so everyday I would put a plate with a bit of water on the table with him and splash a bit with one finger and he would just watch. But the other day he jumped right in and started flapping is wings and going on his sides a bit. He truley looked like he was having a blast. Also i have been tring to get him to eat veggies and pellets with no sucsess, but every day i would put some fresh veggies twice a day and pellets always available. Well the other night when we were eating supper he flew onto the table and tried to eat the chicken off my husbands plate, so my husband moved him and he started going plate to plate to try and get some food off of us. So i grated some veggies and put some on the same kind of plates we were eating off of, and he started eating all the veggies, He tried 3 different veggies in one shot. I was so proud of him, he got a nice piece of millet for dessert.

I thought I would add a picture of Winter and Petey, almost every night after her bath her and Petey watch one cartoon before they go to bed,

Good to see them eating right and what a great photo. :D

I also bought him a perching toy to put up to give somewhere to perch when he is out but he doesn't like it at all. But I made two toys that i read about on here and the whole time i was making one of them he was playing with it, i hung it and he uses it. The second toy i made while he was in bed for the night and he won't go near it. He is quite the crazy bird, and if he ever does talk that will probably be his first words "crazy bird". He tried water cress today and i didn't even have to pretend to be eating it. But i am just wondering if i am feeding him a enough he always seems to be so hungry, He went to the vets last monday and he was given a clean bill of health, I also decided not to get his wings cliped, i just didn't see the point, he seems tame enough and loves to fly so much. He is much like a minuature flying dog.

That is a great photo.

Sounds like petey is getting enough to eat.
