Flying And How Fast Do Wings Grow Back?

hey all, I am really excited because my budgie Echo has just had her first fly since she had her wings clipped awhile ago. She ran into a wall 2 times and I got really worried is there anything I can do to prevent this? The first time she just tapped it a bit then kept flying, and the second time she hit it a little harder and then went to the ground and started walking. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Also my other budgie bugs has not grown his wings back yet since I got him, generally how long does it take for budgies to grow their wings back?

It usually takes a molt or 2. Pretty and Merlin's came in on their first moults. The more you let them out the more they adjust and Merlin doesn't fly into walls anymore he is a very good flyer like Pretty now.

Moults occur every 3 to 6 months. I would let them out with their wings clipped but keep a good eye on them. They are easy to step on. During that time they will find out about walls and windows.
