Kirby I just spent ages looking for that sheet. I put it away somewhere to keep it safe. I think I kept it too safe! Hopefully I'll find it soon. I seem to recall you marking that she was born in February, but I could be wrong. They seem to mostly get along. A few little spats, but that's all they are. Little spats. They spent most of last night preening each other. They even preened near eyes, so I guess that means they seem to trust each other so far. When I left them upstairs, they were both playing with the string on the end of that toy with the beads on it. They each have their own end of the rope. Kathleen was excited, but told me "They don't match Mommy!"
November 16, 200618 yr Author Just thought I'd do a little update. Tango and Mango have lots of new toys, as I won a big board full of them at our local bird club. There are so many I can only put a few in at a time. They both have a favourite toy. One is a large ring, with lots of string underneath with blocks on it. They like to pull those 'ropes' up to the branch perch and pick at it. The other toy is a mishmash of plastic type threads poking out all over. They both love this one. They mostly get along quite well. Mango is the noisier one of the pair, though Tango can get quite vocal as well when she's annoyed with Mango. I haven't seen Mango's cere change colour yet. She's around 9-10 months. I have no idea if that's normal. They are both moulting up a storm! I have never seen so many feathers all over the floor. Mango is losing some flight feathers as well. He's got one wing 'shorter' than the other now that some feathers are gone. Tango's feathers are filling in from the clip that she had at Kirby's ages ago. Mango is now bigger than Tango. She used to be bigger than him when he first arrived. She still bosses him around though. (Laughing out loud) :hap:
