Y'all know Big Grey, well I've been trying to get these 2 to mate, they have had the nest box in the cage for 2 weeks now & she hardly enters it.

That's fine, these things take time.

 

When they finally do settle down to start a family, what would be the possible outcomes of chicks?

Please not I do not know the genetic backgrounds of either birds.

 

Big Grey has produced: cinnamon cobalt, normal cobalt, cinnamon green, normal green, yellow faced gray.

 

 

I'm not sure about results but they are absolutely GORGEOUS birds! :glare:

I wasn't sure the answer and I didn't have time to research but they are gorgeous Cindy I can't wait to see the babies.

Well she spend a couple hours in the box today!

I can't wait to see how big the babies will be, Big Grey is a big boy and the hen is so much bigger than him!
