His lil wings are almost ALWAYS spread out...or flapping! ITS ADORABLE!!!! ps- Im not sure why the pics of his parents are big...even though i reseized them the same size as i did all the others... September 22, 200618 yr Author Thanks mate! Hes very special to me already I just checked on him..and his crop is HUGE!!! :D ALSO!!!...egg #2 is starting o hatch!!! Theres a tini spot where his egg tooth has started cracking the shell So ill have 2 gorgeous babiesi n the morning!!! September 22, 200618 yr Congratulations Kirby I bet you can't sleep all night... I know the feeling. I should be getting 3 to 5 chicks hatching today and all I want to do is to keep looking. But I am keeping myself busy with other things. I'll check at lunch time and this afternoon.

September 22, 200618 yr Author YAY!!! I told ya its full!!!!! Im soo thrilled! And i actually can sleep becuase i am at the computer all day and my eyes hurt by the end (Laughing out loud)...but i wake up early becuase my dog is licking my face tyring to wake me up for a early walk Im soo happy about him eating though! I mixed in the handfeeding powder, with Prime viatims, in the seed dish...and Kirby is eating it well now...so i think its helping Belle make the milk to feed Diego... Ive got many other names now to name the next babies... I wont let ya know which one i pick..but im leaning towards Skye, Lilly, Daisy, Paris, Sydney, Stella, or Piper... Kirby
September 23, 200618 yr You're very lucky you have got the weekend to watch over your new arrivals!! I'm just as bad as you with my Major Mitchells and King Parrots stc.I'm actually thinking of putting in nest box cameras so I know whats going on in there! Good luck with No 2!

September 23, 200618 yr Author Whipeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Egg numero 2 is alive!!!!! I was kinda scared though becuase he hatched and was bleeding... so i think the shell scraped his sensitive baby body... His one wing (i beleive it is his right) isnt as open as the other yet...but well see.... I had to help baby 2 come out fully as he was stuck (neck was being squished...and he was crying for a good hour So i pulled off the rest of the shell and he emerged into the world Crying away, cuddling with Diego. It looks like they are hugging becuase baby 2 is laying down, then Deigo is ontop of him keeping him warm So far both are healthy, and lil Diego is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Diego is being fed greatly!! And not yet baby 2 as shes only been born 25 minutes ago...so i hope when she starts crying Belle will clue in You can DEFINTELY tell Diego a 1st born As for baby 2 name wise.. ill show you later with piccies Kirby

I left this wee green surpirse for the crazy guy who loves us so much! Man...being a baby is tough stuff! Its okay Skye..ive got you now (You can see his wing layed over Skyes head...)..Also..you can see whe Skye was bleeding...if you look on her right wing... does it look okay to you guys? Shes even smaller than the eggs (i know she fit inside one less that 10 hours ago...but she could have helped her bieng in it for a few more days) Kirby
September 23, 200618 yr very cute, I can't really see anything about the wings on Skye, but i know you see the smallest of things so I believe you. If it scabed over I would leave it since she is so small anything you do to look or fix it could harm her more. Both look great

I THINK BABIES ARE UNDER COVER SUPERHEROES!!!! She was amrked up from bleeding on her neck AND wing..and BOTH SCABS ARE GONE and healed 200%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You could never tell she was hurtt and bleeding just 11 hours ago!!! Its amazing! ALSO!!! Diego was crying a bit even though he was fed, but his mouth was open a lot. So i thought "Hey why not see if *** eat the handrearing mix now?" So i made up a small bacth..and he LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didnt want me to stop! But i had to becuase he was about to burst! Baby Sye is still wayy to tini...to try it as she doesnt open her mouth...but shes being fed well So im fine with that...(Laughing out loud). Thats just an update for you all...and i still cannot belive how HUGE DIEGO IS!!!!!!!! Hes sooo massive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His foot is the size of Skyes lil face! And hes only a day older!
