Posted September 20, 200618 yr Morning all, Quick question....I noticed this morning when checking on my 'mother to be' that one of the two eggs she layed on Sept 8/Sept 10 appears to have a small crack in it. A week too soon for it be hatching right? Should it be removed or should I let her continue to sit on it while waiting for the remaining time and hope that the other will hatch when due? Thanks, Vicki
September 20, 200618 yr about five days too early, some have put glue over the crack and hatched a live baby but I think that was done at the start

September 22, 200618 yr Make sure it's PVA water base glue. Eggs are porus to toxic glues will kill the chick.
