HI everyone this is my budgy snow and i want to know if it is male or female i think it is between 4 to 8 months plz hel me find out it's sex by looking at the pics.

 

 

I think it is a male but not sure..

The cere looks pinkish to me which suggests a girl but if there's the tiniest bit of blue it would be a boy. I had that problem. Mine had a pink cere with the tiniest whisper of blue. The vet said that even the tiniest whisper means a male as apparently the females never have blue. But there are better judges than me here. I'd be interested to find out what the verdict is.

I think it may be a girl, it has predominant white rings around its nare (nostrils) which is a trait of females.... I also would love to see an 'experts' opinion!

It looks female but another close up without flash and blurriness would help. It looks like a whitish pink more then a deep pink like Pretty in my sig picture.

 

Females can have whitish blue ceres in the normal varieties and then they will turn tan or a dark brown when in breeding condition.

Going from the blurry photo I say girl but reserve rights a change of opinion of the photos gets clearer.

i used a webcam and it can't get any more clear anyways thanks guys i always thought it was a male.

From the pics Snow looks like Pretty a recessive pied if you check out his cere see how pink it is if it is a male it would be very deep pink but a female would be more tanish pinkish white which is what it looks like. Use that as a comparison too

it is got a pinkish and light blue cere or kinda white so i guess female.
