Posted August 23, 200619 yr I went to 'visit' a local breeder and came home with 2 adorable 5 week old babies! The breeder told me Jazz is male and Portia is female. August 24, 200619 yr cute cute... are you sure they are 5 weeks that is young to be leaving the parents, they look more like 8-10 weeks. I got Merlin pretty young and he was just learning to perch around 7 weeks steadly. Not saying your breeders is lying and they are still young just wondering .

August 25, 200619 yr They look five weeks to me. It's technically too young but just keep an eye on them, make sure they aren't losing any weight. they should only gain weight at this point. I'm jealous, they're gorgeous!
August 27, 200619 yr Very pretty birds!!! What are their mutations? Jazz is a mouve Dominant Pied Clearflight and Portia is a yellow lacewing. Thanks to Daz for that information!
