Who would have thought it would create a new mutation Opaline Rainbow Rainbow Face Rainbow Face type 2 Rainbow ringneck??? Rainbow face type 2 with one dark factor!!! how would we breed some of these?? Karen - I bet we will end up with something like this in your flock, with all your surprises!!!

August 20, 200619 yr They are lovely colours. Last night my youngest son went ape over the rainbows on the floor in our family room. We've had a crystal hanging in the window for, like, forever and he only just noticed. The hot aussie sun does do amazing things to CDs, Hommer. I'm not sure if we have the DVD or if it was just on the ABC, but we saw a programme before buying Bluey about how birds see in a whole different spectrum to humans. They showed us the colours of different birds under ultraviolet light and they were really stunning. :hap: Has anyone else seen it? How many of you tried it? I wonder if they see CD colours in a whole different way to us?
