My female budgie is a lil witch she is nasty to my male bird she bites his head and seems very territorial with other toys in the cage. Will they ever breed? She is only youg 1 year to b exact!!!

Do you arrange their cage around? Have any toys such as bells or mirrors or another toy that she is protective about?

 

1 year old is the recommended age but most wait until their birds are 18 months old and they are then more mentally ready.

 

When given the right condition they may breed but I would read up and learn all you can before you start.

I have 2 swings in the cage now it has stopped the fighting I did put a breeding box in the cage and she just looks at it its been in there for nearly 2 weeks.... my other bird (male) seems to be interested and try's to be nice to my female bird but she wants nothing to do wif him!

I would take out the box she really is too young still to be breeding if you chose wait until she is 18 months which is a better age. And if they are showing signs of aggression toward each other they could act the same why with the babies.
