Hi I am new to the list and hoping for some advice. My 3 baby budgies have been put out of the nest over the last two days. The father is feeding and seeing to two of them but the other one is being left on it's own. It appears as though is has been hurt, it seems unable to walk about. When put near water it will drink by itself. The father and one of the others keep standing on the weaker one's back, does this mean something. Any advice would be welcome as this is my first lot of baby budgies.

how old is this one that is seemingly not being feed? How long have they been out of the box? Have you a small cardboard box or something like it in the cage for the young ones to hide in if picked on. I think what you are saying as 'standing' is they are bullying the little ones, either away from the food or just for room.
