my budgie seems to be producing wet droppings. what do you think it is?

What do you mean by wet droppings. eg: are they large and sloppy, what colour are they.

Also what are you feeding, is it just seen or some other type of food.

How long have you had the bird for? how long have the poops been like this? Any other signs of illness - poor appetite, reduced movement, not 'happy'?, fluffed up?

skye is about 1 year and a half old and her droppings have been like this for about 1 month.her droppins are about the size of a 5 cent coin and are quite sloppy. she is continuesly fluffed up in the top corner.

she needs to see an avian vet before it is too late, she is sick according to what you are saying. I would also quaratine her from the other birds that you have until she is treated.
