I've been bonding with my budgie baby and she's recently started eating blueberries from my hand. Im just making sure its okay for her to eat them. She can have the seeds inide them too right?

Yes they are okay make sure you buy the organic though because the regular have a lot of pesticides in them and just a small amount enough to make a budgie sick.
