I've sprouted some wheatgrass seeds for the budgies. I've given some to Blinks and Oz and also some to each of the breeding pairs i've got set up. They love them so much that now i'm going to sprout some of their regular seed mix to see if they like that too. I've been trying a few different foods with the budgies this week. I made them a chopped salad with: carrot, red capsicum, broccoli, bok choy, snow pea sprouts and that has been an eagerly awaited snack during the day with Blinkie and Ozzie. :fear Then yesterday i made some egg food for them (took 2 attempts, first try i failed to properly hard boil the egg :) and that was scoffed down immediately too!! With Blinkie and Ozzie i have a little red food dish that they get all their snacks in, it's proved very handy as they've decided that if it's in the red dish, it's food. The red dish appears and Blinkie races over to see what's for lunch this time. :(Laughing out loud):

What did you mix with the eggs Bea?

After i successfully hard boiled it? I added some shop bought egg and biscuit mix and some chopped veggies.
