There is one breeder in England that over the last twenty years has never given grit or sand and has never had and problems due to it. Thanks daz, I won't give it to them anymore. July 27, 200619 yr :fear I know, it is very confusing. A girl I used to work with told me her budgie died as she didn't know any better and didn't provide it with grit/sand. Now, who told her this, I do not know. I still provide it in limited quantities but some people swear by it and others don't, isn't life grand. :book:
