Posted July 14, 200618 yr Just wondering if anyone can recommend some really good budgie books. The main areas I need covered are breeding, handraising and genetics. This forum is fantastic (well done to Adam & staff), however there are times that things happen and a physical information source would be really handy, rather then wading through the forums. I really appreciate all the information you've been able to give so far and hope to be able to give back to the forum myself sometime soon. Now about those books...
July 15, 200618 yr First and Formost : A guide to Colour Mutations and Genetics in Parrots. By Dr Mickael J Cannon and printed by ABK Publications Yes it covers all parrots but there is still heaps of information about Budgies. They have a website to look at all the books they have.
