Blinkie and Ozzie have been sharing a cage all afternoon. There has been no...well, very little...bullying and i'm very pleased that they're getting along. The key? A honey seed stick!

At first Ozzie wanted the whole thing to himself!

 

And there was a little fighting

And after they had scoffed down as much as possible for a little budgie (Ozzie was at the seed stick for a good 20mins longer than Blinkie, Blink used this time to sneak an undisturbed private moment with his rope perch) they fell asleep side by side, so full they were just unable to remain awake enough to fight over toys!!

 

 

If this keeps up they'll be able to live together even when i go out during the day, i can relax knowing they're not going to kill each other.

aw they are so cute! glad they are gretting along well! i love the sleeping ones too!

Great shots!!! I love the ones of the two of them snoozing. SO cute! I love it when my guys tuck their heads under. With 12 there always seems to be one taking a few minutes for a snooze.
