Posted September 10, 200420 yr Does anyone have a Vision 210 budgie cage and if so what are they like to live with? e.g. Are they easy to clean and assemble Are they easy to move around etc.? I'm seriously looking into getting one so any first hand user info would be gratefully received. Juie
September 10, 200420 yr yes i have been looking at one too, but they cost about 100$ US and i dont have that much extra money lying around. my cage now is starting to rust on the door and in the corners, so i know i need a new one soon. i was just wondering also if the visions would stay together very well? and my problem is i want the biggest one, but i dont need the stand...
September 11, 200420 yr I thought you could buy the stand serpartly, so there should be a spot to say no stand thanks. Maybe but it's beena while since I looked at the order form so I might be wrong.
September 11, 200420 yr Yes oscarchik, I've managed to crack the base of my current one and it is now held together with tape(the birds can't get to it). I don't how much longer it will last. I'm just wondering if you can put other perches in or are you stuck with the ones in the corners, and I want to be able to move it from room to room. I think nerwen is right though and you can buy the cage separately,I'm just going back to the site to check Julie Just checked Hagen site but it doesn't really make it clear. They do have one which hangs though. There's also a site which gives reviews of it and it read very well. Edited September 11, 200420 yr by Julie
September 19, 200420 yr Just wondering if there IS anyone who has one! I'm finding them quite hard to track down to actually see one in real life. Julie
September 20, 200420 yr well i looked at one in the petshop and it was very flimsy. well not flimsy but the plastic was so hard it would snap very easily - the display was already broken!
September 20, 200420 yr I wondered about that happening, they do look a bit flimsy, Julie Edited September 20, 200420 yr by Julie
November 10, 200420 yr would anyone be able to get a picture of this cage? Im interested in finding out what it looks like. :fear
February 6, 200520 yr hopefully this link will take you there ... http://www.ukpetsupplies.com/detail.aspx?ID=129&affiliate=2
February 7, 200520 yr oh yeah i saw it yesterday at a petshop, i agree with oscarchik it did seem easy to snap i had a hamster's cage that was kind of like that and it didn't live too long..... and it was so expensive, 150 euros to be exact yeah around 115$, and way too "futuristic" for me.
February 8, 200520 yr hopefully this link will take you there ... http://www.ukpetsupplies.com/detail.aspx?ID=129&affiliate=2 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> hmmmm...i dont think i like the look of that one myself. kinda ugly isnt it? ive got my eye on a bigger more traditional one also i dont like the way it tries to stop the seeds falling out by having the seed cups in the corners. i think my budgie has the right to play with his seeds and chuck them wherever he want its his house, he can do what he likes as long as he's happy! February 9, 200520 yr Can positively state that I have seen one of these in our local PetCo. It looked strong enough - the plastic is ABS but it also looked odd and was way smaller than I wanted. In USA it is WAY overpriced for what it is compared to others of similar volume. I think you would have to like it as a fashion statement - and it is not my taste!
February 13, 200520 yr Those definatly arntvery good cages i was looking into buying one myself. tair all about looks theres no room for toys to hang and max yea maby 2 budgies. they fall apart so easliy and the ones at the petstore i saw were horriable! broken bits llittle bits that fell off and wouldnt stay on (i hope that made sence) and the storage compartment is so tiny you cant really fit much in it
February 13, 200520 yr what worries me greatly about them is that if they get the slightest bit of sunshine on them, they are going to act like a greenhouse! Pot roast beef is rather pleasant, but cage stewed budgie????? Jeeez, no, I dont like these cages!
February 14, 200520 yr ye, but have you seen the glass bird cage? i saw it on here a few months ago. the site said it had adaquate ventilation. but its basically an vivrrium. i cant understand this. ATD

February 14, 200520 yr ye for inside how can u say it has enough ventilation though. its a greenhouse!!! ATD
March 30, 200520 yr I really don't like those 210 cages. I found them today when i was searching the net for a cage.
