June 28, 200619 yr It's invermectin but the one stocked at Wattle Grove vets is one he makes up himself (avian vet). Costs $9 for a bottle and does many birds. You still have to treat for worms I think though. This medicine gets all the rest. I have used it and it is very good.

June 29, 200618 yr It does, but it's not recommended for birds unless you know the mites are there. It's essentially a pesticide and you know how sensitive birds can be to pretty much anything, especially chemicals.
