hello just wanted to find out if this is okay for two birds (budgies) they will come out every night for an hour or two just want to know before i buy a hand tame budgie budgie next week

I would say that two would be fine in that provided they get at least a couple of hours flight time each day. It's similar to mine, just a different design.

thank you for repling the bird i have now (starr) has about 2-3 hours a day out of the cage so when the new one comes along they will both have the same time out
