okay, now listen up you young'n we have school today. Today you will learn how to stand on 1 foot & sing at the same time, it is very simple all budgies do it.

 

okay first you get all poofy and pick your foot up

 

then you straighten up a bit --- steady....

yes it is a light blue pink almost looks femalish, in picture it comes out more blue then it really is, he already has his iris rings too.
