okay. im in the process of taming my keet and im wondering how often yours poos. i know alot of you let your budgies out of there cage for play time and flight time and im sure that they poop all over the place. and when they poop, what have you found that will clean up the mess the best. i have tan carpet, and a toupe couch.

Healthy budgies will poop as often as every 15 - 20 minutes, and also right before take-off. The best thing to do is just dab it up with a tissue if it's wet, or let it dry and pick it off or vacuum it up with the dust buster. They shouldn't stain anything unless there is extra urine, but it usually wipes up with no problem using just water and a washcloth or paper towel. Budgie poop is pretty small, and I find it is not really a bother at all to clean up.

for the budgies i usually just open their cage door if they want out they go out but usually they stay in or land in the garbage can and poop there but their small enough poo's that you can just touch your nail to them and fling them into the garbage

hiya my budgie is out his cage all day - i find it easier to let them dry first then you can collect them easier!
