yes 32F = 0C the lowest this year was minus 4C shivers :P

Oh now that is nothing we get 0 in F here :P

so can you keep this birds outside all year round. through the hot and cold.

Cute and brave little guy. Although the temps don't sound too bad - gets mighty chilly here in Canada :(

im still wondering if you can leave your budgie out side all the time. though winter and summer.

:P yes you can leave the birds outside as long as there is shelter in the cage for the birds to perch at night but if you put a bird cage on the ground it would not survive the frost.

my birds are about 2 mts off the ground and have a nice warm part in the back of the aviary

summer it get to about 47C and winter minus 4C but my birds are always outside so there use to it. ;)
