June 12, 200619 yr He's such a big strappin guy. I though Stud at first. Or maybe Schwartz (for Arnold Schwartzenegger (SP?), or **** (short for Richard). Guess the sensors wouldn't let that one through. Rick starting with a D.... Edited June 12, 200619 yr by Shawna
June 12, 200619 yr wow he's pretty .. and he looks like he knows it (Laughing out loud) my hubby reckons you should dye the top of his head black and with those sideburns call him Elvis I reckon he needs some kinda regal name like Sir Walter (I know it's a type of grass but then he's the right colour!) .. or maybe Charles or something like that (Laughing out loud)

June 12, 200619 yr Author that was my thoughts Arnie, Arnold gorgeous boythough I wouldn't consider him green grey according to my monitor he looks like a light green. Arnie is a good name. His grey green in actual real life colour is....a lime green colour. He is lime green really due to his colour being washed out from being a cinnamon wing boy. Making his grey green half strength to a lime green colour. The photos probably don't show it well enough but his body colour is what I would call a lime green and his wing colour is brown.
June 12, 200619 yr Looks lime green to me. and definitely looks like an arnie to me! Love those spots too!!
June 12, 200619 yr Hes gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that one of the new ones you got today? I like Arnie I thought of Lance, Cujo, Hank, Lilo, Lokie, or Walker... But Arnies great, and cute Kirby
June 12, 200619 yr okay but one condition if you name it Arnie you also have to teach it to say 'I'll be back' as it's flying away.
June 13, 200619 yr As usual you have such stunning birds and this is just another example!! I might send a little box over to you and can pop a few of your birds over to me if you like!!!

June 13, 200619 yr Author That would be fun!! We could swap pups too, you could have a Cocker and I'll have one of your King Charles!! Actually, the first dogs in my life as a child were a pair of black cocker spaniels.....Micky and Minnie
June 13, 200619 yr Oh you were so lucky!! I have always wanted a cocker spaniel since I was about 10! I finally got my wish 4 years ago. Jemma spends an hour or two inside with us every night in the warm lounge room and absolutely hates to go back down to the garage. (poor little thing ) Sorry birdlovers, we have gone off the topic here - now, back to the subject of birds - gradually moving breeding pairs out into the aviary as they have finished rearing their chicks. They deserve a nice long break!!! Edited June 13, 200619 yr by jenene283
